Employment Information

Seeking a detail-oriented Salesman to assist customers in identifying and purchasing hardware spare parts. You will be responsible for providing technical advice, managing stock, and ensuring a seamless sales process to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Assistance: Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend the correct spare parts or suitable substitutes.


Sales Processing: Provide price quotes, process cash/credit transactions, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.


Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize merchandise displays, and assist in ordering new parts to prevent stock-outs.
Technical Support: Interpret parts catalogs or schematics to resolve customer queries and provide basic maintenance advice.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or hardware/mechanical parts is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and basic mathematical skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory software or basic computer operations.
