Sales Processing: Provide price quotes, process cash/credit transactions, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize merchandise displays, and assist in ordering new parts to prevent stock-outs.
Technical Support: Interpret parts catalogs or schematics to resolve customer queries and provide basic maintenance advice.
