The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or pastry. They prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes, ensure timely delivery during service, and uphold food safety standards. The role involves supervising junior staff, managing mise en place, and coordinating with the Head Chef to maintain consistency and excellence.

Requirements:


    •    Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
    •    Able to run a specific kitchen section independently
    •    Knowledge of international and local cuisine preferred
    •    Skilled in food prep, cooking, and plating
    •    Committed to cleanliness and consistency

Salary+ Service Charge, Food & Lodging will be provisioned by the Company
