Barista

JOB LOCATION:

Maldives (Male’ City café – not resort)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Indonesian Nationality
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a barista
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks
• Ability to do intermediate to higher latte art
• Experience with espresso machines & grinders
• Experience in preparing Boba drinks, mojitos, shakes, and smoothies will be an added advantage
• Basic English communication skills
• Positive attitude, clean work habits, customer-focused
• Overseas or hotel/café experience is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte & specialty coffee
• Prepare Boba drinks, mojitos, shakes, and smoothies
• Maintain beverage quality and consistency
• Operate and clean coffee machines and equipment daily
• Assist in basic café operations
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Salary Packge: USD 500 – 650 (based on experience)
• Accommodation provided

• Contract: 1–2 years
• Air ticket: As per agreement
